1. Strict Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to India Yoga Tourism—including initial deposits, partial installments, and full retreat payments—are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Early Departures
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your booking at any time prior to the retreat start date, you will forfeit all payments made.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive on the scheduled start date will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
Early Departures: If you arrive late to the retreat or choose to leave early for any personal, medical, or professional reason, no partial refunds or pro-rated discounts will be provided for the unused days or services.
3. Travel Insurance Requirement
Because our policy is strictly non-refundable, we strongly advise all international and domestic guests to purchase comprehensive "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance immediately after booking. Your travel insurance should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, and personal emergencies. India Yoga Tourism is not responsible for covering any personal financial losses due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Changes Made by India Yoga Tourism
In the highly unlikely event that India Yoga Tourism must cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances entirely within our control, you will be offered a choice between transferring your payment to a future retreat date or receiving a full refund of the amount paid to us.
5. Force Majeure
India Yoga Tourism shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disasters), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, revolution, terrorist activities, government sanctions, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or pandemic. In such events, no refunds will be issued, but we may, at our sole discretion, offer a credit voucher for a future retreat.
