Welcome to India Yoga Tourism. By accessing our website, booking a retreat, or enrolling in our B2B wellness programs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings for our luxury yoga retreats and Panchakarma therapies require advance payment. All payments are subject to our strict No Refund Policy. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
2. Health and Medical Requirements
Our retreats and Ayurveda therapies are designed for wellness and rejuvenation. However, they involve physical activity and specialized diets. By booking, you confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions prior to arrival.
3. Code of Conduct
To maintain the serene and spiritual environment of our Himalayan sanctuaries, all guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward our masters, staff, and fellow guests. India Yoga Tourism reserves the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if their behavior is disruptive or violates the sanctity of the retreat.
4. B2B School Programs
For US school districts participating in our online wellness broadcast, services are provided strictly according to the agreed-upon district contract. Our broadcasts are 100% FERPA/COPPA compliant, as we do not collect, store, or process any personal student data.
5. Liability Waiver
India Yoga Tourism, including its founders, teachers (including Acharya Pratishtha Ji and Swami Bharat Bhushan Ji), and affiliates, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, delay, or property damage incurred during your travel or stay.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi India.
